Free discovery calls may be rescheduled where reasonable notice is given.

If you fail to attend a discovery call without notice, we reserve the right not to offer a further free call.

7.2 One-to-one sessions and consultations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a one-to-one session, you must provide at least 24 hours notice.
