Women’s health and
in particular the menopause is currently being given the spotlight in the
workplace; undeniably, ignoring it comes at a large financial cost through loss
of talent and experience. From April 2027 larger organisations will have to produce
a Menopause Action Plan and all businesses are being encouraged to consider how
they might better support their female colleagues. However, this means that HR Professionals need good quality information to be able to
put in place appropriate support for their female employees. They also need
confidence in their own ability to have wellbeing conversations around what is
a deeply personal and sometimes culturally sensitive subject.
This course provides information
about the menopause itself and the symptoms and experiences that women may have
across the different menopause phases. What a Menopause Action Plan consists of and how to produce an effective plan for your organisation. How to structure wellbeing conversations and interventions that can really make a difference.
This course is accredited via microcredentials.
